Gabriel has been in clinical practice for the last 15 years both in Australia and Ireland, consulting in Nutrition and Herbal Medicine. His academic achievements are the following:

• MSc.Masters in Human Nutrition from University of Ulster
• Bachelor Degree in Health Science, Complementary Medicine from Charles Sturt University in Sydney Australia
• Bachelor Degree in Western Herbal Medicine from Naturecare College in Sydney
• Bachelor Degree in Electronic Engineering from NUI Galway.

Apart form clinical practice Gabriel is involved in health journalism and is regularly asked for contribution to print media, TV and radio. He gives corporate health talks and speaks at conferences with a focus on Diet and Lifestyle to stay healthy throughout the year
